Be a Star!

Guess who's back?

I bet you like me, have probably wished to have one rockstar glam day and maybe be a supermodel ey?
Guess who's letting you do just that without having to change who you are and don a persona.

CLINIQUE is!
mmhmm, you got that right! Clinique Star Tour is back darlings, as with everything in 2011! Its back bigger and better, with a vengeance I tell you! In partnership with CLEO magazine, Clinique aims to make every girl feel beautiful, in her own skin of course.

I attended the last years one with a bunch of friends, remember this?

Susu and I with our application forms

Me, Susanna and Chuen, all done and dolled up waiting for our photo to be taken!

Clockwise from top left: Li Chuen, Me, Sharmayne and Susanna.
Our mugshots! haha

Personally I was so ecstatic to experience that supermodel treatment. We were greeted and sent on for skin consultation, then we went on to make up and hair and then we had to wait our turn for our photoshoot. I got a lovely photo from it! Mugshot maxima!

Once we were all done, we collected our goody bags worth Rm300 as we blogged for them! YAY!

This year, a few things have been changes, for one we won't have anymore photographs, it will all be uploaded directly to Clinique's website. Saves time and its environmentally friendly kan? Yay Clinique. Cause last year it took quite awhile to get your photo printed out. Too many girls not enough printers. LOL

Also, remember how the truck was a lil crammy last year? Mmhmm, my tiny make up artist and I were sweating mad. Poor girl was so tiny and yet we ended up bumping into stuff! No more this year, the new layout is bigger and more convenient! JOY!

AND, Clinique is the first ever Dermatologist Developed, Allergy Tested and 100% Fragrance Free line of skin care products. So if you are worried about sensitive skin, fret not!

To top it off, Clinique one-of-a-kind, “Mobile Makeover Studio” will travel across the city, providing young women with the opportunity to learn more of their skin concerns, experience makeup application and hair styling by a team of skilled experts as well as have their photo taken by a photographer expert typically reserved for supermodels and celebrities.  At the end of the tour, the winner who best embodies the spirit of Clinique and Cleo will grace the cover of Cleo magazine and walk away with prizes worth more than RM5000.
At the end of the tour in August, all shorlisted photos will posted on the website where Malaysians can vote their top 25 favourites.

Clinique and Cleo experts will then pick the lucky winner from the pre-selected contestants.  And the lucky person who guessed the correct 3 winners will win a Samsung notebook worth RM 3299.

The winner receives a head-to-toe makeover styled by Cleo for the cover shoot and RM 5000 worth of Clinique products personalized to their skin needs.  The 2 runner-ups each receive a one page write-up in Cleo and RM 3000 of Clinique products.  All 3 will have a one-on-one session with their chosen career role models.

All this for RM35! Where else can you get professional hair and make up for only RM35? COME ON DOWN!

HINT! : Remember to think of your career role models and aspirations, that will be your key to winning! exoh
